You'll get your clothes back on hangers or neatly folded—ready to wear, put away, or pack! Anything we pick up on your first service day is returned on your next regular service date.
We pick up and deliver on a set schedule—either Monday & Thursday or Tuesday & Friday, depending on your neighborhood. Items picked up on one day are returned on the following service day.

We’re committed to providing timely and reliable pickup and delivery directly to your doorstep at the following locations. Unfortunately, towns outside of this service area cannot currently be accommodated.
No, you don’t have to be home for pickup or delivery service! Pratt Abbott’s trusty route specialist will drop off and pick up items at a designated spot at your home or office. Common places include your front door, back door, lobby, or garage.
When you sign up for pickup & delivery, we request a credit card to keep on file. You will be charged monthly for the cost of any dry cleaning and laundry you send in.
You can use our free delivery service for anything you would dry clean or launder with Pratt Abbott, including bedding and household items, oversized items, alterations, and wash & fold laundry.
All your dry cleaning and laundry is cared for by trained professionals at one of our two eco-friendly production facilities in Portland and South Portland. We route your items based on where you live, so the same staff are consistently handling your clothes and home goods.
If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please contact your route specialist immediately. He will do everything he can to ensure a quick resolution. Pratt Abbott is committed to excellent customer service, particularly for our delivery customers.
Our pickup & delivery service is designed around a consistent route-based system. We come to your neighborhood up to twice per week, on designated days. If you use the service every week, there’s no need to request a pickup—your service is automatic. If you use the service less often, that’s wonderful! Just reply Y to your reminder text when you need a pickup, or contact your route specialist.
