Your schedule will be arranged with your driver after you sign up. Most neighborhoods are serviced twice a week.

What kind of laundry bag do I need?

We will give you free Pratt Abbott nylon bags to use. If you can't fit everything, add a regular trash bag.

What can I put in my bag for cleaning?

You can put in anything you would bring to our store, including household items like drapes or slipcovers.

Will different drivers deliver my items each time?

No, you will have a dedicated driver who will pick up and deliver your items each week.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

After you set up your account, we will charge your credit or debit card on file.

How can I make special care requests?

Write us a note with any special instructions and include it in your laundry bag. Or contact your driver directly.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

Please contact your driver by phone, text, or email. We'll resolve the problem immediately.
